Epitaxial Laboratory Inc. is a small R&D firm specializing in semiconductors materials and devices with complete line facility of material growth, device fabrication, and packaging.

We have been awarded more than 25 R&D contracts covering sensors, lasers, ultra-high efficiency solar cells, new materials and devices. Currently, we have been working toward commercializing monolithically integrated 2D NIR and MidIR imaging sensors with CMOS read-out-circuits.
